Author, communicator and coach, Michele has more than 30 years of professional experience. As an Adjunct Professor (Graduate School USA), she delivered communication seminars at the United States Agency for International Development Mission in Bangkok, Thailand; the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission; and U.S. Army bases. The native New Yorker provides voiceover and on-air talent for corporate video and audio projects.
Michele's non-fiction books – Hairlooms and Success Stories From The Heart (Simon & Schuster) -- showcase her storytelling mastery, and have been featured in the Huffington Post and heralded as a “must-read on NBC’s (NBC BLK) Fall Reading List.
Her signature It’s About T.I.M.E.™ coaching programs help C-Suite, executive female entrepreneurs better manage their time and experience greater work-life balance.
Michele earned an M.A. in Journalism/Public Affairs from American University and a B.A. in English with minor concentrations in music and Spanish from Bucknell University. She sits on the board of directors of Overcoming, a non-profit dedicated to racial reconciliation in the church.
She and her husband, Kyle, reside in Maryland.
